I don´t believe it. They can organize some type of celebration in their house, and invite friends and whom among them some member of the Royalty goes. But it will be something totally private, will be no an announcement like the one of Holland. The Kings do not organize that type of celebrations either, if they celebrate something is at totally private level.

I'm not spanish and I speak under the control of Lula or all others well conoissors of the Real Family, it seems to me that the birthdays are always considered as a total private affair except for those in relation with the Don Juan Carlos 's Reign.

So they don't have birthday bashs at all? Juan Carlos turns 70 next year so there will be no celebrations?

The King does not celebrate his birthday of public form (5 January), celebrates his Onomástica, 24 of June day of San Juan(an old tradition of some zones of Spain). Before the day of his Onomástica was celebrated a reception in the Royal Palace, but from years it has been reduced to a small celebration in Zarzuela to the main authorities of the State. Before in his birthday a concert was offered to him, but many years ago that it does not become, to the King it did not seem to like much.
In his 60 birthdays there was a session of photos of the Royal Family (that celebrated before the Vacations of Christmas), and the King celebrated his birthday with Spanish soldiers in Bosnia. Those were the official acts.
I hope and wish that for 40 birthdays of the Prince the public television does a good program on the Prince, but I do not wait much any more.

Thanks lula. Let's wait and see what comes along. January is not a good month for celebrations in general, too close to Christmas & January 6th.

Dońa Letizia could say good bye to her loss by maternity in September
To Princess de Asturias it will cost to her to leave its two daughters, but it wants to return to the work. Mainly so that it is spoken more of other things than of its photographies in bikini.

If in one week they do not have news of the Princess ... they lose hope, and there arises this news that are not a news.
Since she went out of the clinic it was said the Princess that she would do the same thing that she did with Leonor. She dedicated Leonor 3 months, to Sofia it has been one more because August is a month of vacations. But from April was known that in September she was recovering her normal agenda.

It will be interesting to see what "her normal agenda" means After last years' announcement regarding her field of interest I would already be pleased with one solo event per month instead of one per year

The PRINCES WILL RETURN To MAJORCA TO ATTEND The diner OF GOODBYE IN palacio de la almudaina
Don Felipe and Dońa Letizia will be united to the Royal Family next the 29 of August, after to have enjoyed private and "secret" vacations during almost two weeks...A trip organized with a group of friends and without their daughters, infants Sofía and Leonor.

The Hola, and more its web go from bad to worse.
The dinner in Majorca is the 28th and the 29th, the first mistake.
The topic of which the Infanta Leonor will begin the school in September it is a speculation ... the Royal House has not confirmed anything, and it is necessary to remember that Hola affirmed last year Leonor will go to a nursery ... thing that never happened.
The same thing happens with the vacations of the Princes, if there is no photo, the only thing that exist are gossips and speculations ... often created by the own press that cannot be any more than one week without a news of the Princess.

Id assume that Hola was a reliable source. anyways, glad to read that we will see them soon again. When the holiday is over, will the couple with the King & Queen head back to Madrid? when Felipe & Letizia are away, the children, where do they stay? with their grandparents?
Leonor is at an age where she might start nursery, maybe the house has not confirmed till starting time is closer.

After the dinner in Majorca the Kings and the Princes return to Madrid. The Prince and the Princess begin their activities on September 3.
I did not listen to any commentary on with whom the girls remain when their parents are out. I believe that the most probable thing is that the girls remain in their house with the babysitters and that their grandmothers pass more time with them. The Queen Sofia lives to less than 1 kilometre, so when ends her work she can pass time with the girls. Paloma Rocasolano works and takes care of her parents and of her another granddaughter, for what I have heard and read must visit enough often to her daughter and to her granddaughters. Also Menchu, the grandmother of the Princess visits them in some occasion.

It depends how the article quoted the source. A nonofficial source is really just a rumor.

I think we will never have any confirmation regarding this issue, this is a private issue and we know how they are regarding that!! We will not know or see pictures of that day, in my opinion, because that will be a private issue for them!

Dear compatriot, I have to say to you that Hola is doing "error S", at least once about two of its information. its a true pity because its a very bad journalism but in france it's absolutly the same thing, even with " point de vue".
