The Princes, cheered in its visit to Alcala.
ALCALÁ DE HENARES. - Princes of Asturias went today to the Madrilenian locality of Alcala de Henares, of which already they are illustrious visitors and where they were acclaimed by more than thousand of people with whom they shaked hands and they even interchanged hugs and kisses, in the middle of a “sea” of banderoles with the colors of the national flag.
Don Felipe and Doña Letizia arrived at the Complutensian city at 11,30 o clock, where they were received in the seat of Cervantes, before the seat of the Consistorial House by the autonomic president, Esperanza Aguirre; the Secretary of State of Territorial Cooperation, Maria Isabel Leyva; the delegate of the Government in Madrid, Mestre Solitude; the mayor, Bartholomew González, and a girl whom a branch of flowers like welcome in name of the city gave to them.
While the alcalaínos persisted in calling the attention of the Princes shouting to them “Handsome”, and many of them immortalized the moment with cameras, the retinue acceded to the Consistorial House, to salute soon from the balcony to the people congregated in the seat and in the heat of to maintain a meeting of work with the municipal Corporation, in which they have representation PP - divided governing, PSOE and IU.
The representatives of Left United in the City council of Alcala de Henares gave to Don Felipe and Doña Letizia an edition facsimile of the speech of the president of II the Republic, Manuel Azaña, titleholder “the Spanish problem”, that he pronounced in the occasion of the inauguration of the House of the Town of the city in 1911.

“Interest” and “special charisma”. The municipal corporation of Alcala de Henares was surprised by the exhaustive knowledge that has Princes de Asturias on the Complutensian city.
At any moment, Princes de Asturias demonstrated a “direct, near and concrete knowledge” of the reality of this Madrilenian locality, according to later explained to the press the second lieutenant of mayor, Gustavo Severien, who was pleasingly “surprised” by the “interest” and “special charisma” of Their Heighness. Thus, he emphasized that both are very to as much of the “problems of transport” of the city, of the houses for young people who are predicted to construct and of the projected hotel seats.
The samples of affection of the alcalaínos followed one another of way to the following “scale” of the visit of the Princes: the University, created in the century XV and through which they passed illustrious figures of the Spanish letters like Tirso de Molina, Lope de Vega, Quevedo and Calderón of the Boat. Once in the interior, Don Felipe and Doña Letizia knew created Center of Interpretation just and saw a video in which the history of the university and the city of Alcala is counted, that was completed with a scale model in which the places were illuminated of which it was being spoken.
Already in the evening, the retinue has predicted to visit the factory “Perfumería the GAL”, the Native House of Cervantes, the Beneficial Hospital of Antezana and, finally, the Corral of Comedies, where it will be received by representatives of the local civil society.
This one is the third stage of the round that Princes de Asturias come making from mid May to know great municipalities the Community from Madrid, having gone already to Móstoles and pending Fuenlabrada and having still Leganés.

Yes, sober in a diffrent shades of withish-beige, beautifull earrings and too charming smille BUT be carefull, work so much is not goog for the complexion and Letizia looks quiet tired Felipe too !

The Princes of Asturias will inaugurate on June 9 "Kyrios" in the cathedral of Ciudad Rodrigo

SALAMANCA. The Princes of Asturias, don Felipe and dona Letizia, will inaugurate next Friday, the 9th of June in the cathedral of Ciudad Rodrigo the exhibition "Kyrios", organized by the Foundation The Ages of the Man.
As informed Ep sources of the Delegation of the Government, the Princes will preside at 12.00 hours at the act of inauguration of the sample though before, at 11.30 hours, they will visit the Town hall of the locality mirobrigense.

The confirmation on the part of the Government came yesterday after the first vice-president and speaker of the Meeting of Castilla y León, Maria Jesus Ruiz, was reproaching last April 20 the delegate of the Government, Miguel Alejo, who was doing the advertisement of which the Princes of Asturias would inaugurate the new exhibition of The Ages of the Man when the Royal House had not publicized it still.

Ruiz remembered, in the wheel of press posterior to the Council of Government, that the Royal House only had reported of the date of the inauguration, next June 9, without adding that members of the Royal Family would move to Ciudad Rodrigo (Salamanca) before this event. "Kyrios" Rodrigo closes in the cathedral of City the periplus initiated in 1988 by eleven dioceses of Castilla y León.

I have always loved the style that Princess Leticia has been sporting since she was engaged to the Prince of Asturias. She seems to look refreshed and happy even if she is wearing a simple outfit. And the couple always seems to draw a big crowd wherever they go.

And most of all, they never forget to mingle with their subjects.

The Princes are effortless in their agenda but one thing is sure Spanish People know how to return.

I guess that for the Princes is highly compensating to have so many people in the streets, being so hot - I understando what you mean Lunalu but it is too hot - with their children and those flags.

I get chicken-skin whenever I see this public dispalys of affection towards Royal Families.
