I think it's not a question to look her age with her outfit, it's a question of the kind of event.This exposition is quiet unformal for which the Princess was not oblige to wear working suit.

That is very marvellous it's that happens very often for example when they are sitting at the main table of conference ! Mimetism for me explained by the fact that they have to work very much together in the Prince's office.

The managers of organizing the act failed totally, they must have warned the Princess that there could be a lot of wind. Like eager for that is going to rain, or it is going to be hot or that it is necessary to take certain footwear...

Don't be mad. She certainly wasn't. It happens. At least, she had underwear. It would have been worse if she did not have any--then you can be mad. It was fun...she is human...it happens.
