I very much like the manner they interact with the people who come to see them. It's warm and natural. They never seem to confuse what it is to be a public figure with what it is to be celebrity figures, and I like that about them very much.

I agree that they are lovely, but I wonder if anyone else is as fascinated as I am with one paticular detail. Photos of couples--any couple--holding hands or looking tenderly or whatever, are very romantic and I sigh as much as the next person, but I am more interested by how often this couple mirror each other in their body language. There are constantly photos that capture this same kind of mirroring. I get the impression that this couple is 100% connected, not just emotionally, but intelectually as well. I admit it, they facsinate me and they are the only reason I "watch" royals.

Agree. Letizia especially is very good with mingling with and greeting people. Instead of just waving from afar, they seldom pass up a chance to go up to the crowd to shake hands. They act more like political candidates on a constant campaign trail rather than royals.

Another observation: There's obviously no "no touch" protocol with the SRF. This is not the first time some people just grab hold of Letizia's arm in their enthusiaism.

They had no hurry ". That one is the sensation that has remained to the president of the Chapter, Matías Vicario, of the private visit that the Princes of Asturias realized to the Cathedral of Burgos. I agree totaly with you, you are totaly right. Although I'm not a specialist of gestuelle's interpretation, I'm quite fascinating by their rythmic ( see the pic above ) I have a lot of shots on my hard disc where we can see them walking at the same time, with the same gesture ( quite a military parad with more grace....) they react some time instantaneously with the same mouvement. More than a true love agreement, it's obvious that the both have a physical and intelectual harmony.

It has some political topics difficult to deal for not Spanish, but I believe that it are nice to read it.

Allow me to tell you

ALLOW ME to tell you, or allow me to tell them, that this Thursday the Princes of Asturias decided to travel to Burgos to inaugurate Promecal's building, head-board of a dozen of newspapers, more channels of television and radio, and to decide to travel also to Navarre, to visit an exhibition on the king Sancho. The Princes do not give stitches without thread and this Thursday it was not an exception. The mass media do not cross precisely a glorious stage with so many dependence of decisions of the central Government and the autonomic ones, and so many limitations linguísticas that will annotate of worrying form the labour territory. As for Navarre, so what they want that he says to them of Navarre; it is the jewel of the Wreath wished by the ETA members, and these days one finds this land in the eye of the hurricane, with ambiguous declarations of the president Zapatero, who loses credibility to steps of giant precisely for his lack of contundencia at the moment of defending what is forced to defend, and because, besides, Moraleda's declarations saying that Navarre is not in negotiation they were answered by firmness by a speaker batasuno assuring that precisely Navarre is what is in discussion.

The Princes cannot declare, and neither the Kings can do it, they yes respect what says the Constitution and there leave not even a millimeter of their attributions, but the fact that they have chosen this date to see an inaugurated exhibition it does a couple of months is the whole gesture that has a very clear reading: the support to the of Navarre identity in a moment in which a few terrorists claim her territorialmente.

In Burgos the princess Leticia demonstrated that the heart follows latiendo to the sound that marks the information, and the Prince demonstrated once again that his marriage with a journalist has made him look with passionate eyes at a profession that is exciting. Don Felipe asked everything what marks the good script and furthermore, whereas the Princess - retiring enough from her marriage, as if "she" was "cut" by the initial critiques to her spontaneity - did not conceal that she feels of a special form when she is in a draft. We do not cross good moments, the uncertainties are excessive and we lack modals that they give us certain safety in the future and eliminate many worries. Therefore, to see the Princes so ready to do gestures that go beyond the words that they must not declare is like a confidence breath. A necessary breath of confidence.

Very interesting. Thank you for posting somthing that gets to the serious issues that the Prince and Princess deal with. The part about the revindication of the identity of Navarra at such a critical moment was particularly interesting. Spain is going through a period of great changes right now, and its fscinating to see how they are navigating those changes, making opinions known without saying them and setting the bases for their own future reign. They and the Belgian couple have such a delicate balance to play which makes following them very interesting, since their actions actually have consequences beyond photos in the glossy magazines. I have to admit, I was not a big fan of Felipe until he married Letizia. Now, they are just so great together I can't help but really like these two. For me it had to do with the fact that Felipe seemed so distant and reserved before, now you see him smile all the time and looks way more relaxed! What a wonderful couple.
