An article about yesterday's visit to Navarre:
http://actualidad.terra.es/articulo/...les_318389.htm
Don Juan Carlos and Doña Sofía presided yesterday in Tudela over the commemoration of the third centenary of the Royal Certificate of king Felipe V of Castile and VII of Navarre, by which the rights of the Royal Bardenas were yielded to the twenty-two organizations of this territory.
The King dedicated the first words of his speech to condemn the attack perpetrated that morning in Madrid. The most important moment of the commemorative act arrived when His Majesty the King gave the 22 representatives of Bardenas a parchment that reproduces the Royal Certificate signed by Felipe V in 1705.
Before this act and the lunch that took place in Tudela, the King and Queen visited the Bardenas, a territory of 41845 hectares, located in the Southeast of Navarre, between the mountain range of Yugo and the Aragonese region of Cinco Villas.

That's what I thought. I guess it would have been clearer if she said he came alone, not with his wife instead of using "single" which usually denotes that one is not married. Thanks for the clarifications!

The president of Lithuania, Valdas Adamkus, will make a State visit to Spain, between June 6th and 8th, during which he will meet the King and analyze with Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero the EU’s future distribution of bottoms.
Hope there will be a gala too...

I've heard that she mostly wears Spanish designers. I found that from time to time she wears international brands as well:
1) Escada.
2) I may be wrong but this looks like Chanel.
