Sofía, happy grandmother in the birthday of Juan Valentin
Queen Sofía went yesterday to Barcelona accompanied by both children of infant Elena to attend the celebration of celebration of the seventh birthday of Juan Valentin Urdangarin, first-born of infanta Cristina.
