i dont thnk there is any photo of it but if you have online tv you can see it. it when alexandra enters the church and sits down

My take is that Marie Chantal, who is married to Joachim's cousin Pavlos of Greece, hadn't been in touch with Alexandra since her divorce. And the last time the two probably (but who knows) saw each other might have well been at Fred and Mary's 2004 wedding.
I think it's interesting these two girls are making an attempt to get each other's contact info. They have a lot in common, as both grew up in Hong Kong!
I once saw a picture of Alex and Joachim with MC and Pavlos, and couldn't help but notice how bored MC seemed, and how she seemed not wanting to be there, which I thought was a bit, well, strange, considering how much she has in common with Alex. I also wonder whether they exchanged phone numbers to be polite, or whether they were truly happy to reconnect. Too bad I'm not a fly, I'd have flown to Denmark, attended the baptism and glued myself to the proverbial wall to eavesdrop on these two!

Oh well, I wish I could see another pic of her. Unfortunately I didn't watch the event in online TV:(.

A successful divorce? ...I don't think any divorce would be deemed really "successful". But I agree Alexandra's divorce was a lot easier than others...I mean, Joachim and her still maintain a good relationship as friends and parents, she has two beautiful sons at home, and she has a new boyfriend.
However...I don't think that it was success when the queen gave her a new title.

Thanks very much, Larzen, for posting the pictures from the 'Night of a Thousand Dinners.' Many of us--myself included really wanted to see the pictures.
Its nice to see her wearing a new outfit, I love the gorgeous skirt with the pleats. I am sure about the top though, I doesn't really go with the color of the skirt.

to be honest, Eliza... i miss seeing her too. i like it when she has many engagements, visiting a lot of people, and especially go on unicef visit around the world.
but, i think we won't have to wait much longer to see her.

Alexandra usually makes a private visit to Hong Kong every year. So it could be that she went to HK, however don't quote me on this since it's only a guess and not confirmed by any source. :-)

Marie-Chantal and Alex have a lot in common. Both grew up in Hong Kong, where Marie-Chantal's father Robert Miller made his fortune as the duty-free shopping king. MC's mother Chantal was the queen of HK society in the 70s. Alex of course was born in Hong Kong.
Both went on to marry European princes.

I have seen Alexandra in jeans and a t-shirt and she looks amazing. She is so beautiful. She looks 30 not 40.
