Summary of article in Billed Bladet #19, 2016.
Written by Juliane Olsen.
Wearing a lether jacket from Little Remix and handmade booties from MAA Bella went to an Adele concert in Copenhagen with dad.
With them went Peter Warnøe and his Norwegian sweetheart and two daughters, Barbrara and Bjørk.
After the concert a slightly shy Bella said about the concert: "It was good".
Did they enjoy the concert? Frederik: "Yes, we did. Adele is lyrically speaking totally fantastic.
Apart from wearing a "charmer-rag" Frederik also wore a necklace in the shape of Bronce-age Sun-Wagon.
A small replica of the real thing that stands at the National Museum.

Solvognen as it is called in Danish was dug up 1902 and it's estimated to have been made with gold from Rumania (trade was alive and well back then) around 1.400 BC - I.e. it's 3.400 years old and it is believed to depict the sun and they way it moves around in the sky, presumably by a now forgotten god. IRRC it's one of the few pieces of Celtic arts found in DK. The art otherwise found here is Germanic - and products exported from the Roman Empire. Until recently at least, the largest number of Roman swords found were found in Danish bogs, where they had been sacrificed to the gods and that was also the case with the Sun Waggon.
In case anyone are in doubt it was yet again confirmed that Isabella is called Bella by her family, because Frederik is quoted for saying: "Come, Bella".
But you can see more of dad and daughter here somewhere: https://app.box.com/s/losbz9f2lwdw3jdmpcrpmlm5ermqlc8s

Congratulations to our Crown Prince Couple who today can celebrate their 12 year wedding anniversary.
The day when the most Danes sat with a lump in their throat as our Crown Prince with tears in his eye watched his bride stride down the aisle
Here's a very nice gallery with many loving and touching pictures from their wedding day:
https://www.facebook.com/permalink.p...63214373753412
Frederik has later said that he at that moment thought: To hell with keeping the facade:
"I could hear on the crowd outside that Mary had arrived. There were certainly a lot of undelivered and pent-up emotions that I had had for myself for several years, which could not and should not be held back. I thought: To hell with keeping the facade. This is the big moment. I was also concerned that the situation when Mary came down the aisle and the ceremony was only Mary and me. The church could just as well have been totally empty. There were only the two of us in that intense moment."
In November our Crown Prince Couple can celebrate their copper wedding.

On the occasion of Frederik and Mary's 12-year wedding anniversary today.
Mary's father's speech:
Frederik's speech to his wife:
The wedding waltz. Frederik & Mary may not be the world's very best dancers, but they looked so cute and shy that anything else don't mattered

Those photos of Isabella and Frederik at the Adele concert were so lovely, and it was indeed nice to see them spending some father/daughter time together. Isabella seems to be a big fan of Adele (I must admit, I'm quite jealous! I would love to see Adele in concert ), the video of her getting excitable was super cute.

Thank you all for the wonderful memories.
ps: I've a sneaking suspicion that Fred and Mary dance like an old married couple these days.

and from the article , we can tell that its not the Queen who is selling hers
"you could in the TV shows 'Queen's castles' see that Queen Margrethe so fond of her heart that it is lying on her desk in the study at Fredensborg Palace."

CP Mary was seen taking Vincent and Josephine to kindergarten in the family's Nihola bike :)
As you know, this is a very usual thing to see in Copenhagen and it's my clear impression F&M does this everyday. The picture must be from last week where we had fantastic weather in Denmark :)

I believe it is.
It was determined that Josephine did not wear the bracelet on the balcony at QMII's birthday.

Going off topic but does anyone know if the bracelet tradition has carried on with Benedikte and Anne Marie's daughters and granddaughters?
