mmm, i'd qualify a rape as a pretty serious offence / crime to take place in a festival..... it's a world away from selling drugs...

Oh yes, rape is a serious crime. But that really was the most serious offense. There were hardly any brawls at all. No robberies, no muggings, certainly no stabbings. - So it went directly from rape to selling drugs being the next step down the criminal ladder.

If they haven't already started in kindergarten, they certainly will here in August.
The usual age is at three years old.
We must assume that they will attend the same kindergarten as Isabella and Christian - and bette Henrik too.

As they will turn four in January, I presume that they are already attending. And are almost ready for school. Or do children start school at 5 or later in Denmark?

They start in pre-school (0-grade) when they are 5-7 years old, depending on maturity and when they have their birthday.

5-7? That certainly is a lot later than here. My daughter is 9 days younger than the twins and she starts school when she turns 4. The twins were born on my duedate, so I always remember their birthday. :-)

Oh they do, but Amalienborg is the office.
So just like QMII, M&F pendle from Fredensborg to Amalienborg on weekdays.

I guess Mary has picked up Vincent and Josephine from the kindergarten and is on the way home. Nothing unusual to see Mary and Frederik with the children cycling among all other Copenhageners. It's indeed cool and a popular thing that they are a natural part of the city.
The place? Mary and the twins are at 'Kongens Nytorv', so they just have to follow the street to the right side called 'Bredgade' and they will be home in 5 minutes, even on bike.

The pic is taken at the roundabout "Krinsen" at Kongens Nytorv. Just at the start of Nyhavn. You´ll have Det Kongelige Teater at the left and the French Embassy at your right hand. The white house that CPss Mary´s head is covering is D´Angleterre.

I don´t think they are on their home. If the twins are attending the same kindergarden as their cousins then this way would be a deroute

Interesting that Vincent and Josephine are both wearing bike helmets and Mary is not. Bit of a mixed message there.
