10th wedding anniversary
This months edition of the Australian Women's Weekly has an article and of course include some of the photos released for the anniversary of Frederik and Mary. I cannot find it online as yet but possibly will be later.
This is part of the article about the family photo.
"Prince Christian, eight, has his arm around his dad; Princess Isabella, seven and growing up fast, leans on her mum, her piercing blue eyes and gentle smile hinting at an impish personality; and twins Josephine and Vincent, three, sit in their parents' laps, the picture of childish contentment. Prince and Princesses they may all be, but these kids are raised as normally as possible and it shows in their unaffected, carefree manner."
Nice, I agree and this is so Isabella.

So it will be on 5th June they will move.
I'm in no doubt they have created a really nice place in Frederik VIII Palace, but in the summer months I understand it will be great for the family to get out in green peaceful surroundings. If I remember correctly there is also a swimming pool.
Can't help but thinking that it also may awaken some fond memories for F&M. They had some happy years in the Chancellery House. Now they return with four children. My, the time flies! Maybe Christian and Isabella can remember it and recognize their rooms..

So It's today that Frederik, Mary and the children move to the Chancellery House according to Billedbladet. They have some good days to fall into place in - the next days in DK says sun and 25-27 degrees.
*
Another thing: Those who have been curious about whether F&M's children learn French? They apparently do.. by Grandpapa Henrik. TV2 sent last night in prime time a really good and exciting program with Henrik on the occasion of his 80th birthday. Here are Christian and Isabella contributing in part of the program and we see that Henrik invite them home and reading stories to them in French because "now Granpapa are going to teach you French" as he says
How well it goes? I don't know - both Christian and Isabella looked like two giant question mark as Granpapa read aloud in French And even more when he says a long French phrase aloud and says to them: "Now your turn.. Can your say that phrase?"

 that is neat.
I guess it makes since for F&M kids to learn English first, after Danish, (since its their mother's language) but its great that they get some French lessons as well, and who better than grandpa Henrik
Its a surprise how much kids learn (or at least understand it) just by "osmosis" by being around it and absorbing it

I saw that too, Maggie. What's remarkable is that Frederik and Christian were seen buying the dinner in North Zealand, which fits well with the fact that the family moved to the Chancellery House last Thursday.
So, royals or not, take away food is a good and easy solution during a period of moving your home
And no, no pictures. Thankfully I would almost say. Nice the Crown Prince and son can pick up food downtown without photographers. Guess someone has tipped off the magazine.

'Thankfully no pictures' I will echo wholeheartedly! Of course everyone has a right to privacy, especially those whose lives are so fully documented for public consumption! I wonder whether the openness shown by the Danish royals to the press helps in keeping family members' private lives out of the paparazzi camera lenses?

I see from the DRF calendar that Frederik and PH will be in Aarhus today Sunday.
As they are both going to attend a dinner tonight at 19.00 (which will probably last at least a couple of hours) my guess is that they will both spend the night at Marselisborg. Especially since Frederik will be competing in his boat in Aaarhus Bay until the 18th.
There is a smaller building at Marselisborg, where Frederik lived during his time at Aarhus University and it's almost certain he will stay there. Simpler than to open up the entire manor.
Now, I wonder if Mary and the children will join Frederik today or perhaps during the next couple of days?
If so I wonder if she'll do a little shopping in Aarhus? At this time of year she can easily blend in with the crowd and go unnoticed. And she could visit the Wedell family at Frijsenborg Manor north of Aarhus.

How nice.
I see he has an event on Tuesday the 17th at Oesterbro Stadium, Copenhagen. is that close by?
There is also on audience on Monday, does he usually attend with the queen or not at all of them?
Mary's calendar is free until the 19 so maybe she and the kids will be around in Aarhus

Østerbro Stadium is in Copenhagen, relatively close to Amalienborg, so I reckon it wont be a long stay in Aarhus, which is in Jutland – at least not for Frederik
