I agree with you, Muhler, that the Greenlanders will present the two princesses with their own costumes. But it could be nice touch if the old one were used - especially since children grows like... you know

Yes Polyesco, the picture is taken today Friday around early afternoon. I guess Frederik had just picked up Christian from school (Isabella likely to have stayed in GFO and picked up later) As I understand it, they visited the studio where the recording sessions for the new movie takes place.

But hey wait, yeah where is Frederik's beard? I guess he has gone into the spring months

Like the last few years - beard in the winter period, no beard in the summer period..

That we are a country where even our future king picks up his children from kindergarten on bike.

As the poster writes:

Really superb that they can do normal parents staff! Just wonder he open the door with a remote control? the door open at the same exactly time he arrives!

The gates are opened from the inside, I believe. They have also opened automatically the times I have witnessed cars/bikes getting in and out of the various gates.

I would assume security personnel inside would see him on cameras and confirm with PET all OK on radio/phone.

At the beginning, In the video it kinda looks like Frederik reaches toward his side pocket/towards the back. Maybe he has a clicker thingy to signal the gate?

One of the main Australian women's magazines - "New Idea" - published these photo in a double-page spread today, (Monday March 10th here), a month after your post.

I'm not sure if they're just behind, or if the news of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge currently being in the Maldives has prompted this.

Flattering article about how CP Mary maintains her fitness etc.

I can well believe you've watched it more than once Lady Rosie.
The pieces themselves are truly beautiful, but having the various Royal ladies speaking about them really makes it an even better documentary - an "inside" look. I missed the original broadcasting, so am glad to have caught up with it now.

The UK's "Daily Mail - Mail Online" currently has the January Maldives photos of the CP Couple's family trip as their second story - after an Australian women's magazine published them yesterday also.

Sad news for lovers of the Sydney Opera House - and swanky dining out -

The Bennelong Restaurant at the Sydney Opera House, where the CP Couple had a luncheon function last October, has been vacant since New Year's Eve, and it looks as though it will remain that way.

Plans to develop it as a mid-price bistro have fallen through, and the original chef- when it was very high-end - has declined.

It used to be so beautiful to walk past with all the tables set up - and the napkins folded like the Opera House itself.

After M and F were there, it looked like a storage unit with everything piled up along the windows for all to see.

Last Friday afternoon Christian and his dad visited the settings of the movie Antboy 2, which wil be in the theatres at some point.
It's about a twelve year old boy, who after being bitten by an ant developes super powers, but it's not easy being an ordinary boy with super powers, and that's the essense of the movie. (My daughter have seen it, but being the ripe old age of twelve herself she thought it was a bit childish and all boys are childish anyway, so...).
Christian and Frederik didn't go alone. They were accompanied by Frederik's good friend, Jakob Reese and his two daughters Mathilda and Rebecca, who actually live at the road in the posh part of Copenhagen, Hellerup, where the filming was taking place.
Here the also met the actor playing antboy. Oscar Dietz.
The director, Ask Hasselbach, said to our reporter: "Normally you become a little awed when you meet the royals. But it seemed like it was Christian who was a bit starstruck when he met Antboy, which he is a big fan of. Frederik hasn't seen the movie but Christian has seen it with a mate.
It was quite spontaneous that they quietly dropped by. We spoke for about ten minuttes and afterwards they watch the monitors during the filming".

Antboy will be shown in USA in April.

BB is full of info this week and I've been a little pressed, so bear with me. The summaries wil trickle in over the next couple of day.

i think i will ask here..
exactly 2 months and frederik&mary can celebrate 10 years aniversary..cant believe it already is 10 years ago!! but do we know how it will be celebrated?..hope very much for celebration or new photos:-)

I don't think we should expect anything official. A private party no doubt and perhaps a booklet or two and a documentary but that's it.

It will be another matter when they celebrate their copper anniversary in 2½ years from now.
