Wearing hook & Eye earrings from Dulong, Mary recently christened a new ship in Copenhagen.
Mary had been invited by the close friend of M&G, baron Johan Wedell-Wedellsborg. Who was there as well as his wife, baroness Rebecca Wedell-Wedellsborg, as well as their four children. In fact nine year old Mathilde Wedell-Wedellsborg was the flowergirl and got a big hug by Mary.
But also other friends were present. Kaspar Basse (don't know who he is), Alexander Kølpin and Peter Heering.
Frederik was at the same time busy presenting grants at Amalienborg.
So it was a very delighted Mary who after being declared the godmother by Johan Wedell, named the ship Stenaweco Impulse. - Not a particularly sexy name, even for a tanker!
Mary had more to do with the fact that this tanker, the sixth of it's kind, use 20 % less fuel than similar ships and that is of course in line with official Danish and Swedish politics and export in regards to environmentally-friendly solutions.
Johan Wedell owns Weco Shipping and together with the Swedish Stena Bulk they are buying thirteen such ships.
Weco Shipping is again a part of Weco group which is owned by the entire Wedell-Wedelsborg family.
But back to Mary, she was thanked in Johan Wedell's speech as is proper and referred to as godmother. Then she gave a speech in return, basically hoping the best for the ship and it's crew, whereupon she smashed a bottle of champagne against the ship.
Then a number of group photos were made before it was time for lunch.
The brooch she is seen wearing, she also wore at a visit to Estonia.

Mary also went to the annual Reumert Event, where people within the world of theater honor, praise and celebrate each other and generally agreeing on how wonderful they all are...
Anyway, Mary wore a dress by Prada, and the Kharisma earrings from Dulong. - And that's pretty much it.

She definitely comes across as a happy grounded human being.
