TV2 writes that they were with Mary in Odense and it has resulted in several articles from them, and also some fun details. For example this article...

As said, Mary visited Odense today, where she was responsible for the official opening of the International Congress "Hospital Innovation". Several foreign guests from the industry had showed up too.

After Mary had opened the Congress she was asked to make a choice: would she go through the healthy or the unhealthy way to the podium? Our sport-loving Crown Princess chose of course the healthy way.

But that choice wasn't without obstacles.. Immediately, one of the congressional staff was ready with a health check to Mary. She asked Mary if she could measure her waist. A grinning Mary responded promptly 'No', but it was just for fun and she then lifted her arms and received her waist measured.

Mary's waist circumference wasn't shared with the audience, but it was said several times in both Danish and English that she has a very great waist circumference. It was noted that both Mary and the congressional staffer who measured Mary's waist got a good laugh about the situation.

Here we can hear more to the very enthusiastic woman measuring waistlines. When Mary arrives she asks Mary: "Do you actually know your waist size?" Mary: "No, not really". Woman: "Is it okay if I measure your waist then?" Mary with a laugh: "No! It must not be revealed! ... No, of course you may" and Mary gets ready to be measured.

Mary will tomorrow visit the forest kindergarten Koglehuset. She visits the kindergarten to launch the first phase of the health project "From knowledge to habits" which is a new collaboration between Children's Heart Foundation, Heart Foundation and the Municipality of Holstebro.

Chief: Hi Bjarne, any plans the 3th October?
Bjarne Frandsen: No, we haven't planned anything yet?
Chief: So, you will get a visit from Crown Princess Mary...

That was how it sounded as the leader of the kindergarten Koglehuset, Bjarne Frandsen, for some times ago picked up the phone.

- When I thought: This is really big - what an experience for all of us, says Bjarne Frandsen.

He is looking forward together with his staff and the children to Mary's visit, and they have prepared themselves thoroughly. They have seen pictures of Mary, and many - especially the girls - recognized her. The children have also been told that Mary might not have her crown on during the visit.

- We have cut out pictures of the royals from magazines, made collages and talked about the royal family and family relationships. For example, that the Queen is called Margrethe and when she dies, then her son will be king and his name is Frederik. "I know him (Frederik) - he lives over on the neighboring road" one of the children immediately said. So we have had many fun experiences, says Bjarne Frandsen.

After the visit to Koglehuset, will Mary continue to Holstebro Music Theatre, where she will hands out The Children Heart Foundation research grants.

It will be a busy day for Mary tomorrow, in the evening will she be back in Copenhagen, where she will hands out Design Awards.

We can read that camera crews from DR1 and TV2 regional news, along with journalists and photographers from 15 media was present in the little kindergarten.
