Today Frederik is regent from the 24 to the 25th of February.
Im guessing the Queen will be on her usual winter holiday.
Joachim will be regent after that to the 3rd, I wonder were Frederik will be?
added:
Ok, today they changed Joachim being regent from the 26 to the 1st

So it's today Frederik spends an active Sunday with participating in the 90 kilometers long cross-country skiing Vasaloppet in Sweden. A race which he the first time competed in 2012.
Last year, Frederik crossed the finish line in the time 7 hours and 22 minutes.
A total of 15,800 people are enrolled Vasaloppet which has existed since 1922 and is the world's oldest and longest cross-country skiing.
Pøj pøj, Frederik (as we say in Danish)

Frederik gave after the run interview to Swedish SVT News. Will try to translate as good I understand Swedish. The weather with high temperatures, smelting snow and water in the tracks did that Frederik sometimes during the run felt it like water skiing
Video of Frederik being interviewed and article: (In the video you will hear Frederik speak so-called Swedish-Danish )
Danska kronprinsen: "Kändes ibland som vattenskidor" - Sport | SVT.se
Crown Prince Frederik crossed the finish in the time under seven hours - afterwards he was satisfied despite the bad tracks.
06:54:10 was the time of Crown Prince Frederik. It was his fourth Vasaloppet and afterwards he was in very good spirits when he met SVT.
- It was tough today, but I'm happy. I had super wheather, but it was a long day at the office, he laughing says.
This long distance suits the Crown Prince fine.
- It's a long run and I like the challenge in demanding endurance races.
- I'm absolutely satisfied with the time. I've trained a bit more than last year so I'm definitely satisfied.
But the track was anything but perfect.
- There was a lot of water out there. It felt at times like I was waterskiing, he says with a smile.
One more article of Frederik being interviewed and with a picture of the satisfied participant:

This is certainly a worthy endeavor. Congratulations to the two countries.
These are two of the best-looking royal men on the planet. However, Haakon looks so dapper and well put together, but Frederik looks like he just rolled out of bed and into a suit. That's part of his charm, I guess. Or maybe it's a ''man thing.'' My oldest son combs his hair in the morning, and then it's on its own. By the end of the day he looks like Beethoven.

He most likely did, he and Mary had been to gala dinner with Margrethe and Henrik all night and since it takes at least 5-6 hours to drive from Fredensborg to Tjele it means Frederik must have left home before 6 in the morning :)

Clip was shown i the evening news:
Frederik and Haakon could talk through the screens and it meant a great part of friendly comments. Frederik began with a "Hi Haakon" and waved to him. Haakon told that Norwegians generally are better to ski than Danes, but not in this case and pointed at Frederik. He wished him big congratulations on the great time in Vasaloppet and then joked that a skiing race he is going to attend soon may be just a little more steeply.
Haakon hoped that Frederik took his wife and children along and soon visited him in Norway.

Over on the Order of Sartorial Splendor, whenever a Fred and Mary event is being discussed, some of the women want to tackle him with a hairbrush and comb, some just want to tackle him, period. Still others want to rumple him up even more. All in good fun, or course.

Summary from article in Billed Bladet #11, 2015.
Written by Ulrik Ulriksen.
BB this week is very much devoted to Frederik! (That should delight a member or two, eh, Polyesco?)
That also includes the Vasa run.
Along with 15.000 other skiers Frederik started the 90 km run and his name was very much on top of the list, partly because no SRF members took part and partly because the organizers are more than pleased with Frederik taking part in the run: "It adds some extra sparkle with Crown Prince Frederik".
The first in, a Norwegian (naturally) completed in 4 hours 1 minute and 48 seconds. Frederik came in at 6 hours 54 min. Better than last years 7 h 22 m, but a little worse than his result three years ago when he completed in 6 h 36 m, and two years ago in 6 h 37 m.
But the Swedish press are also pretty pleased with Frederik because he always give an interview right after crossing the finishing line and that he did this year as well: "It was hard. I had hoped for better skiing conditions, but I had greased the skis well and trained hard for the run.
In Denmark I have trained in a machine that is fantastic. And then I have trained on roller-skis and also on skis in snow. I'm super pleased. The mood was fine out there".
But will he challenge Carl-Phillip and Daniel? "I always talk with them and perhaps they'll return and take part in the Vasa-run. Carl Phillip is busy preparing his wedding, so he plenty on his mind right now".
- Much more on Frederik this weekend.
