"We can't deny that the Danish world press assembled when Crown Prince Frederik shows up. Just so invisible they were a month ago when Vestas unveiled their Volvo boat, just as large numbers of medias were turned up today, mostly to get an opinion from the sailing competent Crown Prince Frederik."

Tomorrow, Oct. 7th Crown Prince Frederik will host a dinner for the participants in the Danish Maritime Forum.
On Oct. 8 he will open the Danish Maritime Forum.
More on the Danish Maritime Forum and Frederik's participation
Denmark’s Crown Prince Frederik to open Danish Maritime Forum - Danish Maritime Days
“We are proud and very happy for the support that is shown to us by the official Denmark. The acceptance from HRH Crown Prince Frederik and the Minister for Business and Growth to open the Danish Maritime Forum clearly shows us how everyone is backing our project and the task at hand. These things all help to further develop Denmark’s position as a global maritime centre,” Secretary General for Danish Maritime Days Flemming R. Jacobs believes."

Thank polyesco
I very much expect Kongehuset.dk will be publishing pictures from the dinner Frederik hosted yesterday for the Danish Maritime Forum.
The DRF's website is always just a bit... um, or let's put it this way - their website will never burn down because of overloading.

And here an article and picture from Frederik opening the Maritime Forum yesterday
Skibsfart » Danish Maritime Forum er i gang
And here an article and pictures from the dinner
Her er billederne fra Danish Maritime Forum
ADDED:
Frederik always attend mother Margrethe's State Council meetings (IIRC), so Frederik very probably participated in the State Council meeting yesterday with the Queen. A shame we never get pictures from those meetings. But since Frederik had his own event in the same morning he may not has been able to reach both events this time through.

Nice interior. Looks like M&F have completed furnishing their mansion.

This is their official/representative rooms (and offices and workrooms).
Not room where they live. Actually F&M and children live privately on only the top floor with the small windows where they have their private apartment (called the mezzanin floor)
I have created a bad Paint picture

Does anyone know if there is an elevator in the building? I hope so - carrying luggage, etc., not to mention all the things children require - up and down stairs would be quite tiring!

There is indeed an elevator in the mansion and it goes all the way up to the Mezzanin.

Summary of article in Billed BLadet #42, 2014.
Written by Ulrik Ulriksen.
Recently Frederik hosted a small dinner for selected guests prior to the Danish Maritime Forum.
The dinner took place in the smaller dining room at Frederik VIII's mansion at Amalienborg and as such partly at home in the private part of the mansion.
The guests were a number of top brass from the international maritime trade and they were recieved by Frederik in a reception room next to the dining room. - And our reporter also notes that this room is now well (and tasteful methinks) furnished.
