Muhler thank you very much for the map. It helps to visualise different homes and towns.
Thank you too to Roskilde and polyesco for the photos.
Christian really is growing up.

It may come in handy and I'll update it from time to time and repost when needed.
The file is pretty big however.

mange tak Muhler! I seem to recall that Trend is a 'hunting lodge', which makes me think that it is somewhat rustic and perhaps in a forest somewhere. Do you perchance have any pictures of this magical place?

Hard to believe Christian is eight! He's not a little kid anymore!
He's a really handsome boy with the best features from both his parents, IMO.

Roskilde,
Thank you for the pictures, he is sure going to a very good looking young man as he gets older. I remember him birth and the day Mary brought him home, he is one cute boy!

Dear, he has grown so big, he's not a little boy anymore. He is such a fine mix of both Mary and Frederik.

He really does have some of the look of both parents.
Totally off topic but I notice the first photo is with the sun behind him, the same situation that caused such heavy criticism of Michael Middleton's photo of Prince George. These forums have now made me notice such silly non-important things instead of focusing completely on the important things - sweet royals!

The new edition of HerogNu informs that Frederik, Mary, children and dog spend this week together in the hunting lodge in Trend. Before Trend they were on a short visit at the family Skeel. So it fits perfectly with the birthday pictures of Christian are taken there. HER&NU
But I don't know from where the magazine has the information, I wonder if they call Lene Balleby and ask, or if they just guess like us?

Summary of article in Billed Bladet #45, 2013.
Slik eller ballade - Trick or treat.
Written by our spooky reporter Ulrik Ulriksen.
Halloween is a new tradition that is slowly catching on here in DK. I'd say within the past five-ten years.
This year Christian and Bella dressed up and went from door to door. - Not close to their home at Amalienborg, but close to their school, which is located in Hellerup. Which again is a posh part of Copenhagen - so the neighborhood is pretty safe and a number of people in the circle of friends around the DRF live there. Among them Bent Fabricius Bjerre and Caroline Fleming.
In previous years Mary has followed her children around, but this year two unnamed adults accompanied them.
There are no photos nor any details as what the children wore.

Little boy heaven
One of the perks of being a royal kid or teen is being able to all sports hero's and the cool musician getting the best seats in the house, of course .

Thanks, Polyesco
Talk about two seriously delighted boys!
It sure got advantages being a royal child, - but being a freind of a royal child has it perks too, as we can see.

Seriously speaking though-as they get older they discover a lot of kids want to be your friend just because of the perks. Hard lesson.

Thanks for the great pictures of the boys, polyesco. I know Christian has attended several football matches with his parents so meeting Real Madrid players was most probably a hit.
I guess the friend is a schoolmate.
