Maria Zurita about the birthday of her son:

"You have been giving me joy and love for 4 years. You are my breath of fresh air, my engine, my life. You are my Everything. My first thought of the day and also the last. You light up every minute I'm with you. Thank you, mouse, for making sense of it all. I love you, without limits and forever. Happy Birthday!"

The Infanta Margarita, treated urgently for a domestic fall
Infanta Margarita suffered a serious fall from her chair in a restaurant in the Madrid. Doña Margarita hit her face and head. As a result of the fall, she was treated urgently by doctors who traveled by ambulance for a first examination in which they ruled out, in principle, serious consequences but advised that she be transferred to a hospital to perform a scan.

The Infanta Margarita did not lose consciousness, but the contusion produced a bruise on her forehead and they feared for the fracture of her nasal septum, but what worried her the most was how stunned she was. The Duchess of Soria was treated at the "HM Puerta Del Sur" Hospital located in the Madrid town of Móstoles, in the west of the community of Madrid.

After performing the cranial CT scan with the pertinent tests on her, they ruled out any brain damage. However, the Infanta was kept under observation for a few hours before being discharged. The children of the Infanta Margarita, María and Juan Carlos Zurita went to the hospital to accompany her mother and learn first-hand about the reassuring diagnosis. Doña Margarita was able to go home with the suggestion that she be watched.

New book from Maria Zurita:

"María Zurita wanted to be a mother and she achieved it in 2018. It was not easy and although in the first attempts there was no luck, the pregnancy finally went ahead. Carlitos arrived early and those first months, until everything returned to normal, were very hard. Now all that is part of a past that she would like to serve as an experience for other people who, like her, made the decision to bring a child into the world alone. It will do so through a book with a title -for the moment provisional- that makes that difference: "I have a mom and that's it." And understanding that "enough" as the answer to uncomfortable questions like "and your dad, where is he?" ?"."

Well good for her!

I am a Labor & Delivery nurse and over the years I have had more and more parients like Maria Zurita who for various reasons have opted to be single parents.

Wishing the Infanta Margarita a speedy recovery.
