The Princes return to Majorca and sail before the goodbye diner Nothing else to arrive at Palm Don Felipe and Doña Letizia they have approached until Porto Pi, each one driving his own car, and they have embarked in the yacht ` Fortuná to enjoy a day in the sea. They have made it single, without the company of his daughters nor of no other member of the Royal Family.
 
Jaime was simply trying to make Froilan obey him, we know the boy is "slightly" opinioned and temperamental, nothing more nothing less, people is making such a big deal out of it, he's a great dad, but sometimes even the most patient person loses the cool a bit with the kids:rolleyes:

Infanta Pilar was not sick, she was at the baptism of the son of her late husband's niece. Infanta Pilar and the Princes belong to two different generations, I don't think the issue was between them if there was any. There was much more smoke in this case than the rumor on the relation of Cristina and Letizia.

I wish the Princes and the Infantas had attended the birthday dinner like the previous year, but they didn't. Who knows, maybe they were not invited. At the wedding of Felipe and Letizia, JC wanted a royal escort, Infanta Pilar is a widow, thus a perfect match, that alone didn't say much on how close they were.

It's quite a normal behaviour between father and son, probably had happened to most familes. Too bad, it happened in the public for two public figures. Froilan seems to be a happy child to me, very extrovert, a bit naughty, much more Borbon (like his grandpa) than the rest of his male cousins. He can be very sweet too by looking at the way he held Leonor's hand.
 
It's good to see that Felipe and Letizia are back at Mallorca, can't wait for the pics from the dinner.
 
I'm a little disappointed we won't get to see the kids one last time, especially the little Infantas, since we haven't seen them in a while and probably won't see them for a while.

Great, finally we have photos thanks lula, Letizia looks so lovely, and fresh, and Sofia with her usual summer outfit and big smile, i do not know what to think Cristina´s outfit... I know Jaime is in Madrid but Elena?
 
I see her pretty casual, it's a dress but not a gown, I lile the skirt but the sweter that Cristina is wearing do nothing for her
 
Thanks for the photos, the Dukes of Palm make an impression by their height, Cristina this very beautiful.

I do not like that dress of Letizia, this time I feel much to say it, I do not see it appropriate.
 
There's a big difference in the degree of casualness of the clothing of the royal women. I have to say, Letizia looks great in that dress and shoes, but the dress seems a bit short and the overall look a little too sexy. Surprising, usually her clothing for this type of occasion is kind of drab.
 
The dress Cristina is wearing is dreadful, and it looks worse because she is standing next to Letizia, who is wearing a simple (albeit somewhat inappropriate) dress with clean lines.
 
I don't like my dear Queen's suit (which is my general opinion on her end of summer suits!) :rolleyes: I'm not a fan of what Cristina is wearing either, I don't think it flatters her figure very well. Letizia's dress is a little too short, but it does look nice on her IMO.

what I need to read, already wise I who somebody I was going to say that, good then to my it does not seem to me suitable Leticia by very modern who Vista at least tonight :ohmy:
 
I love Letizia's dress, her hair can be better. If she had curled her hair, she would have looked really really glamorous. Cristina's outfit looked drab. I'm disappointed that Elena was not there. She was usually the best dressed lady.
I don't see how Letizia's dress is inappropriate for a dinner in an island. Mathild and Maxima have been wearing skirts above the knee all the time. Both Felipe and Letizia looked like charcoals, wonder where they went the last two weeks, but they were definitely not in Asturias.
 
The Borbon women are looking fab :clap: Queen Sofia and Cristina look very stylish and regal.

Letizia looks very pretty, I love her look and the dress but unfortunately not appropriate for the occasion at all. That dress is much too short - I immediately thought of the Laureus awards last year, same thing: very pretty dress but highly inappropriate for the occasion as much too short & sexy.

And we have seen only two pics but it's the same annoying look on Cristina's face when standing next to Letizia, as always during recent months. No warmth, no affection, very obvious, at least to me.

I think the SRF ladies need to do some kind of "pre-dinner" reunion, 'cuz the three of them are wearing things that are for completely different ocassions:cool:
I don't know what has happened with Queen Sofia this summer, but she's been wearing awful dresses, like overgrown pijamas or so, love Cristina's skirt, not so sure about the shawl/sweater
Letizia's dress would have been really nice in another color and maybe slightly larger, the fabric and cut are nice, though

I thought everybody looked pretty good, although I really liked Letizia's dress. Maybe a tad short, but it was very pretty. Cristina looked good, although I didn't like her sweater very much.

I agree, I've noticed this about Cristina too, and wondered about it. For years I've noticed that she doesn't interact much in public with her own sister either. If she didn't have some strong relationships with other women (her cousin Alexia, and the particular friend whose hypenated name I can't remember), I would almost think that maybe she is one of those women that simply don't interact much with other women.
 
I tnink Letizia was very modern and elegant and looks pretty.
 
well Cristina is very very close to her sister Elena, to her cousins Alexia and Cristina TS, to her sisters-in-law (Iñaki's sisters), has close female friends like Marta Mas, Rosario Nadal and Alia of Jordan
 
Letizia was pretty, she was modern but elegant i like her dress,About Cristina i don't like her sweater but she was good!

I agree, is summer and they are in Mallorca :wub: for me, Letizia is the best dressed lady tonight, very elegant, modern and sexi....wow!!!.
I don't like Cristina's outfit, but she is very good and I like her hairdo.
