The King takes the helm
Don Juan Carlos competes in the first day of the Ditch Breitling, the Prince trains and Harald of Norway visits Port Portals
The King, the Prince and Harald of Norway took part yesterday in the first day of the Ditch Breitling, which is disputed in waters of the bay of Palm by headquarters in Port Portals. But they did it in a very different way. Don Juan Carlos competing, to the cane of the Bribón, in this case a new sailboat of the class Transpac 52; don Felipe training in the CAM of Fernando León and Kiko Sanchez Moon, an IMS 600 that as the rest of the crafts of its class it does not start competing up to today. And the Norwegian monarch as spectator, being left to see for the terrace of the restaurant Flanigan de Portals in the middle of the evening, savouring calmly a frozen beer accompanied of his immense ones you escort, and chatting later with someone of the regatistas participants.
