The infantas look radiant, especially Cristina. Her hair, the dress, the shoes...everything perfect for the event. Letizia, again too informal.

Thanks for all the photos and videos. Love the Infantas appearance again. Totally agree with Roxsteve. I very much like Cristina's hair and love the colours of Elena's outfit.

I dislike Cristina's new haircut. Too old fashioned, too old on her. Her blue dress is rather nice.

King furious as Zapatero booed during austere National Parade
The King of Spain and his son, the Prince of Asturias, have said they are shocked over the boos and hisses directed at the Prime Minister, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, during the Armed Forces Day parade, an incident which the King said "does not respect such a solemn moment".

Monarquía Confidencial
Letizia Ortiz went to Paseo de La Castellana, to attend the military parade, dressed in trousers, and wearing a scarf shawl over her shoulders, when the protocol usually skirt for women, which is what made the other attendees, from queen and the princesses, the ministers and senior officials.
I did not like the dress of Letizia, horrible.

I dislike it as well. The scarf let her look like she is freezing. The wide trousers let her look even more skinny. In total to informal for a parade.
She just looked like a tiny, insecure teenager next to her sisters-in-law. They (E and C) were properly dressed.
Letizia made a very sad, depressed and abstracted impression to me.

Well, I wouldn't say a nice pair of wide-leg pants plus a pretty shirt are clothes for a teenager, they are absolutely normal clothes for women in their 30s, just not formal enough for a military parade. However when compared to Cristina with her big curly short hair, Letizia did look like her niece .

I agree. Letizia should have worn a skirt or perhaps a dress and not trousers. I'm not liking Cristina's hair. It looks 80's plus it actually aged her face IMO. While I do not like Letizia's outfit, I super like her make-up. Very natural and not overly done. The Queen is elegant as always. ELena's OK. Victoria is such a beautiful girl. I agree, she gets lovelier every day..

The fact that Cristina is not afraid to look her age (and she looks great BTW) does not mean that Letizia has to continue dressing like she is in her 20s...she tries so hard to look hip, but to me that means that she is not happy with who she is. She is almost 40 not almost 30...Cristina looked great. She look perfect for the parade, elegant and her age. Letizia, no matter how much we want to defend her, looked like she did not even comb her hair...sad but true.

Let's agree to disagree. We were talking about the outfits at the National Day. Letizia's shirt and wide-leg pants appeared too casual, but age appropriate for her. Cristina's dress was nice, but her coat and her big hair at the parade were very granny like, the style of Inaki's mom .
