I wonder if there will ever be a similar portrait of "the family of Felipe VI" where Queen Letizia, the Princess of Asturias, and Infanta Sofia wear gala dress and tiaras. Maybe when Sofia is 18 and receives a Spanish order?

A contemporary painter wanted to recreate the famous painting by Velázquez, but changing the characters to those of the current Spanish royal family.
A painting theme or name "Las Meninas of the 21st century" by Juan Antonio Romero.

Queen Sofia is given the most prominent position and Juan Carlos is having the door closed.Felipe and Letizia are in the centre and observing all!

And who are the other four children?
The ones of Infanta Cristina?

I imagine there will be portraits of both Felipe and Letizia revealed sometime in may this year as a celebration of their 20 years of marriage
