Maybe one of Spanish members can answer this but why has this act not taken place since 2018?

In 2019 I think the act coincided with the King and Queen's trip to Japan for the enthronement of Naruhito and the State Visit to Korea. Afterwards it has not been celebrated due to COVID.

Hopefully it will be revived in 2023 as its been a long gap.
