Aren't they going to have a church wedding? That's rare for a relative of the king. And I had hoped to see pictures of the bride, preferably with a tiara  .

He is Infanta Pilar eldest Son and just married civilly . They have a Child ?
Happy to see King Juan Carlos attending Family Events.

Juan Gomez-Acebo is the son of Infanta Pilar, not a grandson. He married quite late, I think he's nearly 45.

Juan Gómez-Acebo is also the current Viscount de la Torre ,I think he's the only one of the Kings Spanish nephews to hold a title.

There are a few cousins with titles.
In the future the King's far cousin Don Luis Alfonso de Borbón y Martínez-Bordiú will inherit the Dukedom of Franco.
Then there is Don Francisco de Borbón y Escasany, Duke of Sevilla, who is a far cousin from the King.
Then there is Don Carlos de Borbón-Dos Sicilias y Borbón-Parma, Duke of Calabria, also a far cousin from the King.

They are "Grandes de España" ( Grandee of Spain) that it's like a title usually linked to a Duke, Marquess, Count, because they are the children of an Infanta of Spain can have only this one, in fact all Grandes de España have excellency treatment. The grandchildren of King Juan Carlos also has this only title except Leonor and Sofía who are Infantas (or Princesses. Well Leonor now is the Princess of Asturias) and has HRH treatment as we all know.
