The royal turnout seems to be more than appreciable. Even the Windsors are here, i almost fell off my chair...
The somewhat discreet Napoléons are apparently still relevant among European royals. Interesting ...

Both bride and groom has impeccable ancestries. Their practically cousins with every Catholic in the Gotha and both attended the funeral of Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg earlier this year.

The wedding dress looks rather unconventional. The bride is not wearing the diamond Aosta tiara as her sister did. She seems to be wearing a bandeau instead.

If you compare with the somewhat confidential funerals of the late Comte de Paris, this imperial wedding at the heart of Paris, with the grand Invalides in backround and among European royals, sure doesn't lack panache !

Looks like the bride is wearing a choker or bracelt as tiara as it looks quiet substantil and goes quiet back on her head.

Princess Olympia's palmette laced wedding dress shouldn't work but she manages to pull it off somehow. With such an imposing dress she made a wise choice with going "simple" with a bandeau.

That is really a statement gown she is wearing! I think she can pull it off because she is such a strikingly tall figure. A smaller woman would be drowned by that gown. The bandeau works quite well, but I would have prefered a tiara on a frame, so that it would stand up properly. Perhaps, she chose to wear Napoleon jewels because she's marrying the head of the house. Though admittedly, I have not seen this bandeau / necklace (?) before. It looks too long for a bracelet, imo.

Is Princess Maria Laura of Belgium among the turnout? She is said to be quite close to her cousin Olympia.
I assume the bride will be called by her husband's name and title, but will she be called Princess Napoléon, Princess Jean-Christophe Napoléon, or Princess Olympia Napoléon?

Jean-Christophe's grandmother Alix was known as "S.A.I. La princesse Napoléon" during the lifetime of her husband and I have no doubt in my mind that this is also the title of Olympia.
Naturally it wouldn't be that strange for her to be known more casually as Princess Olympia

Beatrice looks great. As for the bride, I love the shape of the dress and the cape-like top. The material design is unfortunate and just a distraction from the beauty of the dress.

I would expect that all her belgian cousin attended. Perhaps there are still no pics of them.

I've seen pics of Lorentz and Astrid.
It looks like Princess Olympia is wearing the same earrings as her mother Archduchess Maria Beatrice and her sister Countess Anna Theresa did for their weddings. What a cute family tradition.
