They were married at the OPrtodox Church (Saints Andrew and Dimitri) of Madrid.
25 years before his wedding the groom witnessed the colocation of the first stone of the temple.
The wedding gown was designed by Chus Basaldúa in natural silk and embroidered in gold. The veil repeted the same motifs of the dress.
(I thought this dress was very similar to the one used by Princess of Vidin, wife of Constantin)

You are right-she is Princess of Tarnovo. The first born child of the king and the queen gets the title Prince of Tarnovo. Kardam would be the Crown Prince if Bulgaria was still a kingdom.

Gloria is generally more demure these days; the Kardam-Miriam wedding was in July 1996, just over 9 years ago. Doesn't time fly?
