I am not very familiar with Thai jewelry, so I looked around a bit.

This seems to be the ruby and diamond necklace worn by Queen Sirikit:

The earrings are different, but Queen Suthida wore them previously, with a ruby and diamond buckle:

I wasn’t able to find a photo of Queen Sirikit wearing the other emeralds. However, her jewelry collection is truly enormous. Just a quick google has turned up no less than 7 tiaras
