From the Instagram of photographer and antique dealar Håkan Groth:
The Star of the Order of the Seraphim with diamonds. It was made in 1908 when Gustaf V decided that the Queens of Sweden should be members of the order. His wife Victoria of Baden (1862-1930) was the first queen to become a member. Queen Silvia wears the badge and star with diamonds on special occasions.

Thank you LadyFinn, this it to be find at the permanent exhibition of the Swedish orders at the Royal Palace. When the Queen doesn't need it of course.
We could see that used it during the Nobel ceremony and banquet, but for the second night she used her "more simple" star of the Order of the Seraphim. She often uses this more simple version when abroad or wearing two stars.

No they are not. Looks like black stones or costume jewelry to me.

The earrings don't have a stone at all. It's queen Silvia's hair we see through them at the photo prince.of.preslav posted. Victoria wearing them:

I remember Victoria wearing these earrings but didn't make the connection with those worn by Silvia. BTW, I don't believe that they are costume jewelry. It wouldn't be Silvia's style to wear costume to such a dinner.
Silvia also wears one of the beautiful rose brooches, but I can't make out if it is the Bernadotte or the Brazillian rose brooch.

Silvia's jewels at the King's 50th birthday:

Quite stunning jewels. The pink topez set looked wonderful against the gown.

Those pink topazes are to die for. It is one of the most stunning demi parures I can think of. And the soft pink gown brings out the colour of the stones beautifully.

A gallery from Dana Press: A look at queen Silvia's "private" jewelry box
SPEZIAL ROYAL: Ein Blick in Silvias ungewöhnliche private Schmuckschatulle
Svensk Damtidning had some weeks ago an article about queen Silvia's "private" jewellery. Jewellery expert Sophie Åkerlund from auction house Bukowskis said about this necklace:
Image Upper.com - Free Image Hosting - View Image
"Oh, such a cool design! This necklace could be designed by Kristian Nilsson, I have understood that princess Lilian was very taken on his designs and had a lot of his jewellery. It doesn't seem to be emeralds, I would rather think that it is tourmalines. Round it are sapphires and diamonds. Kristian Nilsson's jewellery are quite unique and their prices can be high at an auction".

Queen Silvia wears the Connaught tiara tonight at the Representation Dinner. She also wears a diamond riviere and diamond earrings. Are they the Brazillian earrings? I'm not so good at telling them apart.
