Maybe it's done by the same jeweller (perhaps the court jeweller W.A. Bolin?) than this necklace with a swedish flag Victoria has, here on the National Day 6th June 2013:

Victoria has had that necklace since 2007 at least. She wore it at WWF's "Årets Pandabok 2008".

On which wrist? The bracelet on her left as you look at the photo is I think the same as at the 1992 Nobels http://www.nobelprize.org/ceremonies...04_banquet.jpg and I think it is a plain gold bangle possibly her gold Cartier love bracelet.
Do you know at what event your photo was taken?

The jewelry is made from finnish spectrolite and silver.

Very nice pictures.

I have often wondered if Silvia ever gets tired of using the same collet necklace time and again. I do wish the Swedes would be willing to innovate a little by adding a brooch or two to their collets to vary things around a bit.

The Connaught is my fave tiara, but I agree, I would rather see the queen wearing one of the more prominent like the Braganza.

I don't think Silvia ranks her tiaras. She took the Connaught when the the King turned 50 too.

For a black tie dinner i think it's a proper choice.
