I think the broche is a kind of broche that you can change the stone I believe I saw it with an aquamarine before.

On arrival in Oslo today, Max is wearing her emerald and diamond earrings and the emerald and diamond butterfly brooch on her waist.

The RF has several existing and prettier sapphire brooches. This construction I have never seen before. It seems they added one of HM's personal modern sapphire earrings to a bow brooch. The blue of the brooch-pendant is different than the blue of the other stones.

Indeed. I also think the blue stone in the brooch is tanzanite and not sapphire.

At day 2 if the state visit to Norway Queen Maxima wears a "necklace" "created" by Crown Princess Mette-Marit.

Rick Evers reports that this was a gift from Mette-Marit to Maxima. So incredible cute.

Why would the Queen add a tanzanite brooch to sapphires?
It can very well be sapphire variety, as tanzanite usually has some violet or purple in refractions.
If it indeed is tanzanite, then it is a very dark blue, almost sapphire variation:

I read on a website that Queen Maxima, since her engagement, has been seen wearing over 300 pairs of earrings or combinations of tops and drops of earrings.

That is entirely possible. The Dutch collection of jewellery is large. A lot of the jewels are also very flexible and can be changed around a lot to suit the purpose, all of which add to any potential count of combination of earrings Max may have worn. She has also acquired a fair amount of jewellery herself. Add to that the large collection of bijoux jewellery that Max wears, and you can see how the number of 300 is not entirely unreasonable.
