That's really a "go big or go home" tiara. I'm just loving the massive size of it and all those diamonds and pink spinels.

Well Everyone,

I have hit pay dirt with a whole page of Scottish aristocratic ladies and their tiaras!!!! Hopefully some of you will be able to identify them for me. I am still trying to find out more about their jewels!

The Royal Order of Sartorial Splendor: Tiara Thursday: The Bagration Parure

Like I said before, this tiara is utterly breathtaking. It really is a unique and striking tiara. I just love the color of the stones, and the design is beyond beautiful. The rest of the parure is also stunning. This parure is simply regal, magnificent, and amazing!

The Royal Order of Sartorial Splendor: Tiara Thursday (on a Friday): The Londonderry Tiara

Wow, this tiara is amazing! All of those diamonds are simply breathtaking. In my opinion, this tiara has a very medieval look to it. I don't like the tiara with the pearls however. Nevertheless, this tiara is regal, magnificent, and absolutely stunning. Definitely one of my all time favorites.

When did the Duke of Northumberland's family acquire the Diamond Tiara?
The Marquess of Lorne had a tiara made by Robert Phillips of London's Cockspur Street. The tiara was a wedding gift for his spouse, Princess Louise. It was in the form of leaves and buds of bog myrtle, the emblem of John, Lord Lorne's Campbell clan.

Does the nobility family of the Sutherlands have a tiara that dates back to a Spencer? There was an article that mentioned a third Spencer tiara. The above tiaras are the only two Spencer tiaras I know of. Both are in Princess Diana's Spencer family. Can someone post a picture of the Sutherland Tiara?

I love that tiara but I think it would do nothing if it were worn by someone. it seems to dazzle alone

I'd prefer it minus the top pieces and upon further reading I discovered that they can be removed. Its really a beautiful set.

i have a Question : Each lady of the British High Nobility has his tiara.
Did they have to wear tiaras attending Royal Events of the Past.
The Coronations of Edouard V and George VI were a must to show their Glory.
