The Earl of Bessborough was the governor general of Canada from 1931-1935. The tiara was a gift to his wife when they took the positon. Their title originally was in the peerage of the UK but following his time in Canada, the 9th earl was made the 1st Earl Bessborough in the Peerage of the UK. The British peerage died with the couple's son in 1993 as he only had a daughter. But the Irish peerage continues on, as it was inherited by the 9th earl's nephew Arthur.

Fitzwilliam Tiara (& Necklace)
Unfortunately, there isn't a web page or jewellery blog dedicated for the Fitzwilliam Tiara. I only found some pictures just from google search. From some "sources" (unsure about the reliability), the Fitzwilliam Tiara was created at around 1815-1820. It has a Georgian floral structure and was made out of gold, silver and diamond.

The Fitzwilliam Earldom became extinct on 21st September 1979 after the death of the 10th Earl, who left no issues from his marriage. I have not found any pictures of Fitzwilliam ladies (Countess Fitzwilliam and daughters of Earls Fitzwilliam) wearing the Fitzwilliam. I can only managed to find Helena de Chair (grand-daughter of 8th Earl Fitzwilliam and daughter of Lady Juliet Tadgell (née Wentworth-Fitzwilliam)) wearing it on her wedding day in 2007. The pictures were not clear and only the Daily Mail identified the Fitzwilliam Tiara and Necklace.

I have never read that Diana wore the Spencer Honeysuckle Tiara at any Spencer family function or at any British royal function when she was the wife of Prince Charles.

Strictly speaking not a noble herself, Annabel Elliot has some interesting pieces, likely inherited from her noble mother.
This butterfly choker caught my attention today. Is anything known about it, or are there other pictures? The bracelet also looks substantial!

Well, her husband is the son of Sir William Elliot and Lady Elliot, who is descendant of many noble families, including Earls of Fife.

Lady Colin Campbell is neither a Royal nor an aristocrat. She was married to a Scottish aristocrat for a few months. She is an author and socialite, known for writing gossipy and very imaginative novels masquerading as biographies.
I haven't heard of this particular line of jewellery, and won't be buying any pieces. Lady Colin has obviously lent her name to this enterprise as a money making exercise.

The Valkyrie Tiara
Tatler has released an article on the Valkyrie Tiara, which will be displayed at the Dundee's Victoria & Albert (V&A) Museum. The tiara was created in 1935 on the year of Mary Crewe-Milnes' marriage to the 9th Duke of Roxburghe. It consists of 2,500 cushion-shaped, single-cut, circular-cut and rose-cut diamonds, set in a gold and silver frame. The en-tremblant diamond wings were constructed using wire-coiled springs, making them slightly move when worn. The Valkyrie Tiara was inspired by the female figure of Norse myth.
