Has it been used as a tiara?
I haven’t seen that. Do you have a picture?

Isn't that it in the second photo, being worn by Princess Grace? I thought it was....

No, it’s the three strand diamond necklace that Grace is wearing in the picture that I thought to have recognized in the Caroline picture.

I do wonder though what happened with the small diamond tiara. I don’t remember if it was in the Grace exhibition a few years ago.

Has that tiara been seen after Grace died?

The diamond tiara hasn't been worn since Princess Grace's death, but it has been in various exhibitions over the years. So it's definitely still in the family.

Alexandra’s earrings look like little teckel dogs.

Thank you! I needed this close up. Not simply Art Deco but, yes, ruby. There are lovely.

Its hard to make out but I think Princess Charlotte, Duchess of Valentinois is wearing the Pearl and diamond tiara in 1956 (caption has her wrongly identified as Princess Antoinette).

Grimaldi Family Jewels

I think you are right.
Charlotte wore the tiara at one of the events surrounding Rainier and Grace’s wedding.
You can see her in this documentary around 4:20

It looks stunning on Princess Charlotte

There's very little information on the jewels of Princess Ghislaine (consort of Louis II).

The Royal Jewels of Monaco

Good evening all,

My name is Sam Gillespie and I run a small jewellery blog called The Beau Monde.

I am currently trying to expand my posts on the Royal Jewellery of the House of Grimaldi:

https://thebeaumonde.org/category/monaco-royal-jewels/

If any of you have any more information you could add I would be extremely grateful. I am particularly interest in the jewels of Lady Mary Victoria Hamilton, first wife of Albert I.

Many thanks, Sam xx
