Ask and you shall receive! They are Emily Mortimer earrings.

Wow, greenstone in a necklace. Greenstone is powerful stuff, important to the Maori culture. Don't know whether that will have to go into the vaults when they go home but it will certainly be worn on future trips.

The Maori necklace is stunning. Definitely will see again at least on other tours.

Shame if it does have to go into the vaults.

I believe with all jewelry given on tour, she’ll have lifetime use, and then it’ll go to vault.

Yes, that's the new rule, put in place after the tabloids created a big stink about the large number of Middle Eastern jewels Camilla received on tour shortly after her marriage. Before that time, all official gifts were considered the personal property of the recipient including Diana's Omani sapphire suite, and The Queen's Saudi diamond necklaces and Brazilian aquamarines.

The Top Ten: Meghan's Royal Tour Jewels | The Court Jeweller

She wore a lot of beautiful jewels. I love the aquamarine ring.

I would love to see her wear the other 2 pieces in the set of aquamarines.

Meghan is in the "borrowed" diamond chandeliers she wore on the Australasia tour. Looks like these could be a long term loan from somebody like Camilla.

Even the Queen could of loaned them...heaven knows what all is in that vault she's never worn.

Unlikely, IMO. Normally if a member of the family borrows jewellery from the Queen, the information released, if any, says so. in this case, it only said the earrings were borrowed.

I am really happy to see those chandelier earrings again. I would’ve been sad had it been only a one time loan and we never saw it again. Meghan likes minimalist jewels in everyday, but she brings out the sparklier stuff when the occasion calls for it. And she’s just lovely in them!

Question, if it’s borrowed from Camilla, wouldn’t they just say it?

If they were from Camilla I would think they would just say so, just as they do when items are borrowed from the Queen.

It will be interesting to see if these turn out to be a long-term loan, because then, of course, the question becomes "A loan from whom?"

And I agree with tommy100, above: if these were from Camilla, they would just say so.

Not really, because that then leads to the question of where Camilla got them from, and that is not something they may want to answer, especially in the current geopolitical situation.

Well, that's certainly true, I hadn't thought of that. If they came from say, Saudi Arabia, that wouldn't go over well at all.

On the other hand, lending them to the DoS makes them instantly high profile, so if they were from someplace like that, I would be a bit surprised that they are being worn at all. Anything Meghan wears right now gets a lot of attention, so perhaps not the smartest thing to do if they want to avoid questions.
