I doubt it. Most of her chokers have provenance and I think Charles memories of his beloved grandmother are inextricably intertwined with her jewellery.
One of my favourite pearl necklaces that Camilla wears was one that belonged to QEQM. The clasp is the epitome of elegance and is one very nice diamond~

How wonderful to see the return of my favourite diamond clasped pearl choker. The pearls are larger and milkier, so much so that they almost look as white as the trim on her dress,
She really has got the hang of dressing her hair in such a way as to allow her earrings to show as well. This is a really soft and lovely look.

The Duchess of Cornwall looks fabulous.
I especially love the refreshing Summer colours teamed with her jewellery.
She and Prince Charles look very happy to be there.

And there she is showing she knows how to wear jewellery! One pair of earrings and I believe a diamond bracelet has slid up her arm, all finished nicely with her wedding and stunning engagement rings.
I would be willing to bet that she had that dress specifically made to wear with her Van Cleef & Arpels Magic Alhambra diamond earrings. They really are quite amazing and not too many women can wear earrings that hang quite that low.
