The King of the Netherlands has landed in Athens, still awaiting the arrival of the King and Queen of Belgium in about 10 minutes.

Very moving to see these beautiful delegations from Mani and Sfakia presenting their respects to Konstantinos.

:previous:The coffin is being transported to the Metropolis at this time for the funeral procession. The body of King Konstantinos is followed from the chapel to the Metropolis by his three sons, Pavlos, Nikolaos and Philippos.

On Billed-Bladet's livestream, they explained Princess Alexandra (of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg) comes alone because her husband Count Michael is ill.

The crowd singing and applauding the coffin was very moving.

The sheer amount of people chanting and applauding the coffin.
Wow.
Nikolaos looks really moved, about to cry

Pavlos and Nikolaos putting their mother's wreath over their father's coffin

The one who just got booed is the Deputy PM?

Still a chance that Charles or William attend?

The Greek Minister of Culture and Sports getting booed upon arriving.

Pavlos is doing the job and keeping his nerves in check, Nikolaos is most affected, and Philippos might be in his mid 30's but he will always be the baby of the family, I love how he follows his big brothers.

The ones who got booed are Vice President Mr. Pikrammeno and Minister of Culture Mrs. Mendoni (GO AWAY!)

Deputy PM and the Culture Minister is recived by crowd exactly the way they should be…. BOOOOOOOOOO

Representatives of the government were "welcomed" with boos by the crowd.

The guests of the royal family are gradually leaving for the Metropolis in vans.

Lady Gabriella Kingston will be representing the Prince of Wales.

The crowd chanting "Sofía Sofía" I'm crying!
This has got to be one of the saddest days of her life, beautiful that the Greek people are letting her know how much she is loved. The Spaniards have a thing or two to learn, also: take that Juan Carlos.

Ps: The Undargarin children are graceful, and certainly got their father's height.

Heu... you realize the Greeks have abolished the monarchy and the Spaniards still have one?

What a beautiful moment, Nikolaos being embraced by all the kids of his cousins Elena and Cristina.

Again the senior royals can't do whatever they want. The Foreign Office must be consulted and apparently the Wales were advised to stay at home.

Sure  The monarchs of Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain etc. can go but not the heir apparent (and godson of Constantine) of the UK. Absolute (...) excuse, pardon my language. But I expected no less from the BRF who also embarrassed themselves at Fabiola's funeral.

Heu... you realize how awful the political situation is in Spain? A referendum -God forbid- might take place in the not so far distance. Queen Sofía is the most beloved Royal in Spain, but still. It was breathtaking to her the crowd chanting the name of "their" Princess.

King Willem-Alexander and his wife Maxima have arrived:

No crown on the coffin ? Thought the Greek regalias were still around.

Is that Marie-Chantal's sister, Pia I see?

I think someone said that was the family of Nina, Prince Philippos' wife.

No Princess Beatrix?
Yes, she's here.

I see Prince Albert
