Princess Kristina of Norway, daughter of Håkon Håkonsson and Margrethe Skulesdatter, was born in Bergen, Norway in 1234. On 31 March, 1258 she married Don Felipe, a brother to King Alfonso X of Castile, in Santa Maria la Mayor in Valladolid. The marriage produced no children.
Kristina died in 1262. A sarcophagus, presumed to contain her remains, is placed in Covarrubias. Picture of a rendering of Kristina in Covarrubias:
