There are very interesting articles in "www.le journal hebdo.com" about “Mohamed V foundation for the solidarity" that is presided by M6
At the reading, it seems that this foundation works more for the king's image than to help people in want, and the examples that were given are very instructive

From their motorcade, Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz (C/face parly hidden) and King Mohammed VI of Morocco wave to wellwishers as they drive through the streets of Fes, 17 May 2007. The Saudi leader's three-day trip to Fes, east of the capital Rabat, will be his first since becoming king in August 2005. The two leaders will discuss bilateral economic ties -- Saudi Arabia is Morocco's main supplier of oil and its development fund has lent it 170 million dollars (125 million euros) to help build schools and hospitals since 1999.
