After a prolonged absence from the associative scene, Princess Lalla Salma is preparing to take her work with the Lalla Salma Foundation for the fight against cancer, wich headquartered in Rabat.
According to the website AlAyam, the Princess plans, in the coming days, to inaugurate the largest Oncology Center in the southern region of Morocco. Its construction work was launched in 2016.
The project, which is part of the National Plan for the Prevention and Control of Cancer, is currently ready and has a capacity of 2,000 patients per year.
n April 10, 2019, Lalla Salma made an inspection visit of the various pavilions of the Beni Mellal Oncology Center, in the presence of the leaders of the Health Delegation of the region, and the local provincial authorities.

That is great but what are the reason for that turn over?

It all seems very odd, is Lalla Salma just doing public events related to the Foundation? That doesn't really make it clear if she is still married to the King or not.

There was an official communique from an ambassador in July that called her the ex wife of the King, the closest thing we have to an official announcement, so it seems they are divorced but she has been able to keep at least this patronage, which is a good thing all around.

the reports are talking about only her work related to the Cancer causes,now we will have to wait and see what kind of coverage she will receive....it will be intersting.
