The King never had any children.
That woman is not his daughter.
It seems as though this might be part of a campaign on the part of the Rwandan government to delegitimise the actions of the King in exile, especially his naming of his nephew as his heir.

H.M King Kigeli picked his successor. It was his prerogative as King and therefore, the only legitimate person is now the de facto uncrowned King of Rwanda.
