Ursulajohanna, the portrait photos are actually new.
For whatever reason, Queen Silvia chose to wear exactly the same dress and jewels as she did in the 2001 photo session - but a different brooch.

Does anybody have any photos of Queen Silvia at the Nobel prize awards from 1985 to present. There are two in particular that i am looking for. One is a cerise pink dress and the other is a Red one. Does anybody know who designed these two

This isn't a picture of the king and queen, but the artist for this book cover certainly looks like they were inspired to make their cover models look like them in their early married days!
