The king of Spain comes to Asuncion in visit State of two days
The king of Spain, Juan Carlos de Borbón, begins tomorrow, on Monday, he visits of State of two days Paraguay, during which he will meet his president, Nicanor Duarte, and he will visit projects of the Spanish cooperation in this country.
The monarch will come towards the midday proceeding from Uruguay after Michael Angel Moratinos being present in Montevideo at the Summit XVI Latin-American Chiefs' of State and of Government, accompanied of the Spanish minister of Foreign Affairs.

In the
first day of his stay in Paraguay, Don Juan Carlos will do a floral offering in the Pantheon of the Heroes and later he will have lunch with Duarte in the residence presidential, previously a meeting work with the leader, in the evening in the Palace of Government. The king Juan Carlos will meet later the Spanish collectivity in Paraguay, integrated by about 3.000 persons, and in the night, in the course of a dinner in sedate of the Government, he will impose on Duarte the decoration of the ' Necklace of Isabel The Catholic Order '.
In the
second and last day of the visit of State, the Spanish monarch will visit the Program of Basic Bilingual Education of Young and Adult Prodepa-Ko'e Pyahu (New Dawn), one of five educational projects stimulated in Latin America for the Spanish cooperation from the II Summit Chiefs of State and of Government, celebrated in Madrid in 1992.
Prodepa, equipped with almost 6 million euros, reunites more than 100,000 students and in four years of application it has allowed that have diplomas of basic education more than 35,000 people, the 40 percent of the illiterate population of the country.
The agenda of Don Juan Carlos also includes a route by the Center of Enterprise Promotion, the House of Independence and an act in center cultural Spanish Juan de Salazar, next to the Paraguayan Chief of State and other high personalities, before returning Tuesday to Spain in the evening.
