There has been no mention of the dinner last night.
I know that I read that one was scheduled when I was researching for my blog, but there has been no mention of it anywhere since.
I suspect that given the Luncheon which was held at parliament, the dinner was private. A quiet event with the PM, his wife, Their Majesties and only a few more.

HM the Queen looks splendid and the pearls, much like her diamond colliers, look smashing against the material of the evening gown. I do believe this to be the very gown Sofia wore to the wedding of Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark in 2004.
HM the King wears suits very well. His incredibly suave!
HE the Governor General couldn't have worn a more flattering colour. The cut of the outfit is perfect for her.

Yes, you're right. But it was also used in gala dinners as well.

Yes, it was a technical stop of the plane. In the trip of going to New Zealand also they stopped in Jordan and met the Prince Ali in the airport.
