The Queen is wearing a dark grey overcoat but has a lighter-colored dress didn't she?

Many thanks for the information and photos everyone! I think this visit is very interesting and we will see a lot of nice photos the next days.
The welcoming from Chirac seems to be very warm, they have a very good relation towards each other.

The house of the king affirms that the text "does not deserve the minimum credit" Zarzuela denies the information of the consevador "Le figaro" of which the King prepares his succession
...
The french newspaper takes advantage of the beginning the visit of State from the Kings to France, that began late this, to indicate that the monarch, of 68 years of age, "thinks to transmit, of here to some years, the direction of the monarchy of its son, prince Felipe de Asturias".
http://www.cantabriaconfidencial.com...zo06/27/35.htm
Figaro insinuates to him in its pages that Don Juan Carlos would be preparing its abdication "of to some years" and mentions "problems of health here not confirmed by the real house". The Spanish Monarch "is preparing his game of the throne with the same intelligence with which he has reigned", declares a specialist in monarchic subjects to the newspaper.
...
This visit of State could be the last one to France of the Spanish sovereign, which would highly explain the symbolic character of the trip ", it says the newspaper, that it puts special emphasis in the encounter of Don Juan Carlos with the Spanish community of Toulouse. "It is the first time that the King stops itself in Toulouse, a city considered like the capital of exile of the republicans"

It's quite similar to what Letizia wore at Leonor christening isn't it? similar colour and pattern.. probably just a different cut.
