Grand Duke Henri visited this afternoon 14 May the "Sonnebierg" farm in Hünsdorf, a field of asparagus production managed by the Hoffmann family, Luxembourg farmers for 4 generations. The Grand Duke was able to attend the asparagus harvest. ⠀

Grand Duke Henri is patron of "Schlammwiss," a unique nature reserve with a bird ringing station. A sturdy pair of waterproof shoes is essential for exploring!

His Royal Highness the Grand Duke visited the banding center for migratory birds located in the "Schlammwiss" nature reserve of the association "Natur & ëmwelt Fondation Hëllef fir d´Natur". Passionate about nature and ecology, the Grand Duke has served, since 2008, as High Patron of the foundation whose objective is to protect biodiversity in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

In the morning, the Grand Duke visited the banding center where he saw several species of birds that stayed there. During the visit to the reserve, a member of the team explained the biotope and recalled the importance of protecting and preserving it. In the afternoon, His Royal Highness the Grand Duke went to discover an owl in Lintgen.

Henri also made an official visit to his patronage on 27 June 2019, albeit without having to wear a mask.

I believe the interviewer is mistaken regarding the timeline: Grand Duke Henri came to his wife's defense before the release of the Waringo report, not after. The Grand Duchess also seems to consider what was written or said about her prior to the report's release to be more important, since her response to the question (at least what is included in the excerpt) does not mention the report itself, but focuses on explaining that attacks on her also wounded her husband due to their unity as a couple and that she appreciates his defense of her. Of course, the interviewer also chose to focus on the defense rather than the report.

Strange... Why does she need to promote herself even more; I thought the goal of the whole operation was to make her less a separate entity from the Grand Ducal Court instead of more... Wasn't she supposed to be taken under the wings of the general court (given the criticism that her personal website received far more attention than the court's website); and if so, how did she manage to get her own twitter account?!

Do we need to conclude that the measures taken were effectively sabotaged by the grand duchess (with support of the grand duke)?
