Woow wonderful pics, you guyes have a wonderful queen. I like the pic where the queen weares a traditional vietnamese dress..My mom has als o some in her closet....
i love it to see some glitter in Vietnam, but i don´t like te president there....he can´t even speaks english!!!, i always see him with a interpreter...and he doesn+t seems interested at all at the pic with king Harald.

Great pictures!
In the last set of Queen Sonja, she is wearing a tiara and necklace that I have not seen before. Is there any information on these two items? Are they new?
At any rate, they look very nice (so complimentary!) to the lovely evening gown by Queen Sonja, who is also sporting a fantastic smile in these pictures.

The tiara called the modern topaz tiara was given to Sonja by Harald on her 60th birthday. I believe the set comprised the tiara, earrings and necklace.

Was there a reason given why the King and Queen were a bit ill during this trip? Was it a reaction to the climate, food or something else? Or in King Harald's case, was it something to do with his cancer?
