Thank you for the pictures so far and the programme, to me, it doesnt look like a busy trip at all. They could fit sometime in for sightseeing.
Any idea if they will go to Rabat? Its quite a short drive from Casablanca.

you don't know if they are scheduled to have a diner with H.M KING MOHAMMED VI and H.R.H LALLA SALMA ?

i don't know if they will go to Rabat i am not so sure about, its an economic mission and casablanca is somehow the economic capital of Morocco so its undrestood they will have most of their engagement there.
i can say something about the programme posted by Shrifia, seems to me uncompleted.

nothing has been released from Moraccan side yet Morocco.I hope to see them meeting Lalla Salma and M6 that would be great, especially Lalla salma and Mathilde,Mathilde said once that she still have a pic of her and Lalla Salma from the gala dinner of Paris 2003 in her office.:)

The agenda posted by shrifia (thanks :flowers:) displays the basic schedule for the businesspeople who accompany Philippe and Mathilde. It´s not the princely agenda, which is usually quite busy and not so much of the sightseeing kind. The Belgian court unfortunately doesn’t publish the agenda online though. According to Brussels Export the delegation will go to Rabat indeed.
Judged by the accompanying ministers and businesspeople the focus is on energy and transportation (especially shipping/harbour business), and there’s also a focus on development cooperation. Mathilde usually takes the businesswomen and female entrepreneurs under her wings, visits micro credit projects and given that the minister of higher education is there as well, her main field of work probably will be education this time.

Thanks Mara for the clarification :flowers:
I thought that was the CP couples agenda. Many houses dont release an agenda and I do understand why and one of them for security reasons.

Prince Phillipe at an important conference in Marrackech. Apparently there are 300 business men and women with the Belgium Princes. Several other international Congressmen, investors and politicians from all over the world, North African and Arab personalities included, chose to be part of the event. The main topic being how to face the world economic crises.
I hope they put Prince Philipe and Princess Mathilde at La Mamounia or some other lavish hotel, I don't think Casablanca has any appropriate hotels yet to host Princely Couples.

Casablanca has a few 5 star hotels such as the Hyatt regency hotel & Sheraton hotel & resort :flowers:

I had not expected the couple to take around 300 people, thats a big amount of delegation.

Princess Mathilde really is a beautiful and elegant woman:whistling:

meeting with Moroccan prime minister Mr Fassi

Don't get me wrong Dazzling, I am sure that Casablanca is indeed putting a lot of effort in renovating all of its five star hotels:)! but really the beauty and uniqueness of the Hotels in Marrackech is more appropriate for the luxury and confort of Princely Couples as well as for all the important personalities.

Amanjena - Luxury resort hotel Marrakech - home
These two hotels are just two of the extraordinary ones in Marrackech, there is I think the Four Seasons and the Mondrian and a bunch of others that are far more luxurious and serene then standard five star hotels.

thanks shrifia for those informations , i hope they have visited the place jamaa lefna , it s a real nice place

As head of the economic mission , Prince Philippe had with him Ministers and more then 200 people representing 184 belgian firms who will sign contrats with Marrocan businessmen.
The high-light must be on the PRINCE. It is because he is President of the Economic Missions and that HE is there makes the contacts easier for the belgian businessmen who are gratefull to the Prince .In Belgian we like him with a beard because he lost his student's look.

the dinner of yesterday with moulay rachid
http://www.map.ma/fr/sections/accue...ay_Rachid_du_231109.jpg?nocache=1259013305.21

It's obvious for me, that moulay rachid needs to have a wife who will attend these events with him, because his sisters seems less and less interested to hold this role, while waiting this day I wonder why moulay ismael and his wife didn't attend this event? Lalla anissa could be a nice hostess
About Mathildes's look, I found her pretty, we can't see the whole dress, but I like the color, the shape of the collar and the details of the top, I like also her jewelleries that match very well with the dress, her make-up also is very nice.

I agree with you, the presence of a moroccan princess would be nice, they let princess Mathilde alone:sad:, one of the sisters or lalla anissa could play the hostess role during this dinner

Education would be a good field to discuss and encourage I believe. Implanting Belgium universities in the country would be of a significant addition to the colleges and universities of Morocco, especially that the second language of Morocco remains French.
