It seems like long visit I hope to see the whole royal family

Do you know anything else about this visit?

Seeing as were still in the Christmas holidays there will be very little information but that will possibly change over the next few days as everyone goes back to work.

the visit for sure will took place on January but i am not sure of the date,King Mohammed VI should visit Guinea the first week of January so i wonder if the The 9th is the exact date.

The Royal House of Spain releases their schedule every Friday. Also the programme for state visit is usually released on Friday a week before the visit takes place. So if the visit if indeed planned for the 9th, we'll know the details next Friday.

The visit has been postponed until March

Man, state visits are getting canceled and postponed at an alarming rate all over the place in the past year or so:sad:. Any news about the Cuban State Visit? Wasn’t it supposed to be in January or February?

I feel bad too, but who will give cuban visit
Morrocan or spanish royals?

State visit in spring will be much more intersting than a winter one Imo,but i also must said King Felip and Queen Letizia are not luck with visits at all:D

The Spanish government has only announced that the visit has been canceled without further explanation ... but the Spanish press is giving more information.

The officials of the Spanish Royal House and the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs were already in Morocco preparing the visit, when 6 days before the Moroccan Government warned them that the King of Morocco had decided to change his agenda and postponed the visit. According to the press, he decided remain in Gabon where he is from the end of December.

Among the events postponed an important business meeting with hundreds of Spanish and Moroccan businessmen.

There must be serious reasons for the Moroccan side to postpone the visit.

Political reasons or health reasons, everything is possible. The level of frustration must be high with those who work on such visits and organize everything, hardly anything is going to plan, France cancelled on the first day, UK postponed several times, Cuba postponed, Morocco postponed ...

yes, not ideal. i wonder what prompted this postponement though. the ones of france and UK had important, visible causes associated with the postponement (a plane crashed, brexit incumbent, the catalonian crisis ongoing...) so i imagine an equally important event happened now. what is strange is that no one knows what that is so it most likely isn't caused by a public event or they would say 'the postponement is due to...'. may it be a personal matter?

apparently this happened in the past though: the visit was originally scheduled for the end of 2017, but 'King Mohamed VI decided to attend the summit between the EU and the African Union that was held at the same time in Cote d'Ivoire.' my guess is that mohamed's schedule changed last minute again.

Will the spanish visit take place ad schedueled or it will be postponed due to the
King s health condition?

Spain and Morocco finalize a trip of State of the Kings in February.
Felipe VI and Letizia will be accompanied by several ministers and will visit Rabat and Casablanca.

In the absence of an official announcement, the governments of Spain and Morocco are finalizing the first trip of State of the Kings to the neighboring country for the next 13 and 14 February, according to diplomatic sources. The visit of Felipe VI and Letizia, which will include at least Rabat and Casablanca.

In general I knew this but has there been a State Visit since Lalla Salma 'disappeared', Lalla Hasna representing on the highest level next to her brother?

I do not know if it will be lalla Hasnaa on both heighst level representations and state visits or they will give thid role to lalla Maryem ,I just hope they give a chance to lalla Oum Kelthoum and not margenalize her in the visits too

Well ... I personally think that Lalla Oum Kelthoum's public engagements/charities will be limited to hedge against possible ups and downs in the royal family.

guys guys guys plz let this first takes place, then we will fight who should escort Queen Letizia :D

Yes,let's hope the visit took place and it will be fun to watch the princesses fighting for the first pkace next the king Mohammed and Queen Letizia:D

I wonder if Letizia knows what really happened to Lalla Salma. Maybe she already knows because that way she will avoid asking unnecessary questions. I mean, she knew Lalla Salma, so it would be normal to ask about her...
