According to sources (A relation who worked over 20 years for the late Sheikh Maktoum)
Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Al Maktoum was in relationships with over 15 women, married 10-11 women and had 26 children. After his death, some of his wives became known to the public because of the children but women who had no children with him either left the country or live a secret life. As a result of a new change in Dubai's ruler Sheikh Mohammed, all children and wives were kept a low profile, away from frontline politics, royal duties and media, and they are not found on Wikipedia Sheikh Maktoum.

Maybe they married him at some point and divorced when tbey already had chileren? I dont think having kids out of wedlock would be tolerated.

As previously stated, they live mostly in the UAE and keep a low profile because their marriage was probably only for the papers for children. As a rule of Dubai, Sheikh Maktoum could have done whatever he wanted in terms of the law.
The official children have no public profile, let alone allow the unofficial children to be publicly known.
