I think it is a well known fact that Sheikh Hamdan lives in Nad Al Sheba. A few websites about Nad Al Sheba mention that his palace is located there.

The interiors of the palace definitely looks more contemporary than classic and doesn’t look like the palace of Shaikha Saeed’s mother Sheikha Hessa.

And since Shaikha Saeed has photographed a lot of her interior palace since 2020/2021 when she made her account public, we can say that that is her area of residence, ofcourse because she also welcomed her baby Mohammed to the same palace.

Also, her closest friend Laila usually posts photos of the same interior confirming that it is the palace of Shaikha Saeed.

This photo below taken in 2021 shows that Laila had pictured the outside of the palace facing the Burj Khalifah. The distance clearly shows that it cannot be Zabeel but rather Nad Al Sheba because it is so far.

Sheikh Hamdan usually posts Burj Khalifa from Nad Al Sheba and it is as distant as Laila’s photo.

He posted recently the similar photo below. This photo is zoomed in but it’s clearly taken close to Nad Al Sheba Sports Complex. Sheikh Hamdan’s palace is up the road, making it closer to Laila’s photo in distance to Burj Khalifa.

This is the palace where Shaikha Saeed is living with baby Mohammed. In the photos it is labeled as Zabeel Second, so it could be the location.
