Good for Charles for helping the farmers out. He also donated to the funds for flood victims, which is a lot more than most people.

A VOLUNTEER hairdresser from Bridlington was thrilled when he was chosen to meet Prince Charles.

It would have been outrageous if he had drove on and it is normal to stop and help, many would have done just like he did and he has the privilage of excellent backup to be of service in such a case.

Sad to say susan alicia, in this day and age, many would not have stopped to assist, especially as it was a motorcyclist. Some people view all motorcyclists as being violent thugs.

It could as well have been a set-up for a kidnapping or a murder attack these days, so it would have been sensible to drive on and call an ambulance from the carphone. Instead he decided to help, that's brave.

the scotland yard men must have been well aware of that and considered the situation safe

Do you have a link to the pictures?
He certainly wasn't wearing one at the opening of the memorial at Airewas (12th October) on Friday, however The Royal British Legion says they can be worn at any time, although they are not sold to the general public until two weeks before Remembrance Sunday (The 11th is on a Sunday this year), they are made available to TRH, politicians and other people in public office, before that.
